My name is Steph Whitelaw and I am an integrative counsellor, working with modalities from Person-Centred theory, Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy and Psychodynamic theory, which I use to tailor individual practice.
I believe that each person has the right to produce effective change and my services are unique to the individual.
I specialise in stress, anxiety and depression, as well as having experience in dealing with addiction/substance misuse. I understand how the traumas in life can impact an individual and recognise each person’s unique experience to promote self-exploration and understanding.
